HCFCD Standard Specifications and Related Drawings
The Standard Specifications and Standard Detail Sheets included on this page have been prepared for use on Harris County Flood Control District projects or projects to be maintained by the District when completed by others. Engineers using these files should carefully review them and determine their applicability to a particular project. Specifications may be amended by the inclusion of a "Special Provision" in the Project Manual, which supercedes or eliminates a portion(s) of the referred District specification. Also, a new specification may be written for activities or products not addressed in the current 2005 Standard Specifications Book. Engineers incorporating the District's Standard Detail Sheets into their work must seal the sheets and become responsible for their use in the end product.
The 2005 Standard Specifications Book is a single-file PDF document, and the content can be viewed, printed or copied, but not changed. In addition to the 2005 Standard Specifications Book, the other documents listed below should also be downloaded.
